STEP 1: COMPLIMENTARY, NO-OBLIGATION TELEPHONE CONSULTATION, INCLUDING BUDGET PREPARATION:
a.
Marcia goes over a questionnaire, which gives her an idea of the couple's desires, vision and estimated expenses. Based on that information, she prepares an all-inclusive budget.
b.
Marcia explains her a la carte fee structure. Services include: Vendor Referrals only, Wedding Day Coordination (including on-site consultations, preparation of the Wedding Day Timeline and calls to the vendors) to Unlimited Assistance/hand holding from the very beginning of the planning process. Fees are based on services required. Like a menu in a restaurant, Clients only pay for what they order!
STEP 2: MAILING/E-MAILING/FAXING INFO: Within a few days after the telephone consultation, Marcia mails, e-mails or faxes the Budget she prepared over the telephone, her Contract, Client References and promotional materials.
STEP 3:

PERSONAL APPOINTMENT: Once the couple has "digested" all of the information, checked the website and called references, if interested, Marcia then schedules a personal, "get acquainted" appointment (which is also complimentary) to answer questions, present her Portfolio containing photographs and testimonials from prior clients over the past 12 years, sign the contract and proceed.

IT COSTS COUPLES NOTHING BUT TIME
