Marcia Coleman-Joyner
A Joyous Occasion
July 9, 2000

Dear Marcia:

Marten and I would like to extend our warmest and sincerest thank you for all your assistance in making our wedding day spectacular. Everything turned out better than we could have ever expected. From the moment we met months before the wedding, through all the e-mail correspondences, your services are truly what every bride needs to make her day a "joyous occasion".

All of our guests kept raving about the ceremony and reception. Your suggestions helped give our wedding the elegance and simplicity that I requested from our first meeting.

Our wedding was so well orchestrated - all because of you and your hard work. The day was absolutely perfect. Your professionalism is impeccable. The chaos and craziness that normally goes with the typical wedding day weren't there for Marten and I to think about. We enjoyed ourselves throughout the day.

I caught a glimpse of you on our wedding video. During our first dance, I started crying and couldn't locate a handkerchief. In the background, I could see you ready to hand me a napkin to wipe away the tears. All those little details such as making sure I had a glass of water or a piece of cake showed me how much you care. After the wedding, Marten told me how you were so attentive to me as a bride throughout the whole evening. For that, I thank you.

The suggestions you gave, such as starting the day with a massage, having the limo so we could share some privacy as newlyweds and hiring a videographer to capture precious moments that we could have missed, completed our wedding day.

Mere words aren't enough to thank you for the wonderful job you did. So much goes into planning a wedding. You took all that responsibility and made it look so flawless. Again, thank you for making our wedding day so memorable and joyous to our families, friends and us. I know that it couldn't have been a success without you.

If you ever need a reference, please include our name - I'd be honored to tell other brides about your excellence as a wedding coordinator.

Graciously,

Marianne and Marten
